Environmental labelling

Dalmar has adopted, in compliance with Legislative Decree 116/2020, the digital environmental label for the proper disposal of packaging materials used for their products, choosing to do so in a dematerialized manner without the need for printing on paper or resorting to plastic labels.

Starting from January 1st 2023, it is expected that all packaging materials used will be properly identified.

The relevant legislation states the following text in Article 3:

All packaging must be properly labeled according to the methods established by applicable UNI technical standards and in accordance with the determinations adopted by the European Commission, to facilitate the collection, reuse, recovery, and recycling of packaging, as well as to provide accurate information to consumers about the final destinations of packaging. Manufacturers also have an obligation to indicate, for the purpose of identifying and classifying the packaging, the nature of the packaging materials used, based on Commission Decision 97/129/EC.

You can consult the information provided below regarding the packaging materials used to ship our products.
It is advisable to always consult the regulations of your local municipality and the relevant authorities for proper disposal.
